International visitors and exhibitors seeking to visit and/or exhibit should present the following documents to the UAE embassy in their home country.

• Passport copy
• Hotel reservation in UAE
• Complete the visa application form
• Visa fee payment

All the Exhibitors/Visitors with the exception of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals and European passport holders require a valid entry visa to the UAE. Visas can also be arranged through:

• Prestige Travel and Tourism can arrange your visa only if you book your hotel
• Accomodation through them, however you can arrange this independantly by completing the visa application form - ADNEC can arrange this on your behalf
• The hotel at which you will be staying
• The official travel agency or any travel agency in the UAE
• A local trading company, licensed to operate in UAE by the local authorities 

It is advisable that applications are made at least one month prior to the journey. Make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
